We ship securely and reliably through our logistics partners.

All orders are shipped from Germany to Spain and numerous other countries within Europe.

Shipping within Spain

- Shipping cost: €6.90  
- Free shipping on orders over €79  

International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries within Europe, as well as other selected destinations.

These include, for example: Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Portugal and other European countries.

Shipping costs depend on the country, order size, and shipping method.

Exact costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and displayed before you complete your order.

For shipments outside the European Union, additional taxes or customs duties may apply, which must be paid by the customer to the relevant authorities.

Additional shipping information

- For orders with bulky items, additional costs may apply  
- For orders with multiple products, additional costs are not added together but applied once  
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking  
- Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days  

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returns within Spain are free.

For returns from other countries, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

To make a return:

- Include the order number  
- Ensure products are in their original condition
