We do not have a minimum order amount, so you can order even a single item.

You have the following payment options:

Advance payment: We reserve your items for up to seven days from the order. This way, you can conveniently transfer or deposit the corresponding amount; bank details are included in your order confirmation, which you will receive by email immediately after placing your order. Please provide complete and accurate information in the transfer so that we can accurately assign it and your order reaches you as soon as possible. Once the total amount has been received in our account, we will process your order, prepare the goods, and ship them; we will inform you again by email (shipping confirmation). Your shipment usually arrives within 2 to 3 days.

Credit card: The simplest payment method; we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The store does not store your card details.

PayPal: Do you have a PayPal account? Then pay easily this way. Or open an account at www.paypal.com to shop quickly and securely at many online stores, including international ones.

For shipments within Spain, we apply a fee of €6.90 (regardless of the number of packages). For orders over €79, shipping is free. We ship to over 30 European countries and other selected destinations; exact costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 business days from receipt of order. If your delivery has not arrived within five business days or you have not yet received shipping confirmation for your order, please email our support team: welcome@gutraum8.de. Please remember to include your customer or order number.
