These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Conditions") regulate the contractual relationship between the customer (hereinafter, "Client") and MONO 8 regarding the products and services offered in the online store.

A consumer shall be considered any natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial, business, or professional activity.

2. Formation of Contract

The products displayed in the online store do not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

The Client can place an order through the online purchase process. By completing the order and clicking the corresponding button, the Client makes a binding purchase offer.

The contract is formed when:

  • an order confirmation is sent by email

  • or the goods are shipped

The contract text is saved and sent to the Client along with the order confirmation.

3. Retention of Title

The goods shall remain the property of MONO 8 until full payment of the corresponding amount.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with current legislation.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices indicated include the corresponding VAT.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the purchase process.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Client.

Shipments within Spain

  • Shipping cost: €6.90

  • Free shipping for orders over €79

International Shipments

We ship to numerous countries within the European Union and other selected destinations.

Shipping costs and available countries are displayed during the purchase process.

We also offer customized international shipping upon request.

The delivery time is indicated for each product and begins after order confirmation or receipt of payment.

7. Warranty

The current legal provisions regarding warranty apply.

8. Liability

MONO 8 is not responsible for the content of external linked websites.

In case of detecting legal infringements, such content or links will be immediately removed.

9. Applicable Law

Contractual relationships shall be governed by Spanish law.

10. Image Rights
